Just go to the park!

As Americans we often buy more than we need. Consumerism is taught at an early age.It is the engine driving our economy.

Babies-R-Us, Home Depot, Mathis Brothers, Walmart, Target, Nordstrom, the list goes on and on. We drag our children through malls giving them iPads to occupy them while purchasing more items in an attempt to buy happiness. All we accomplish with that plan is giving them Attention Deficit Disorder by six-years old.

One good thing about the pandemic was no shopping! We learned how much time is wasted buying things we don’t really need.

Age teaches us to save the thirty pieces of silver and take the kids to the park. Everyone will be happier, more satisfied, more connected. But less. Interact more.
